HRSA 2019 Site Visit Protocol Update Effective Thursday, April 18

As part of continuous quality improvement efforts, HRSA collected feedback about the SVP and the OSV process from stakeholders, including health centers, strategic partners, site visit team reviewers, and HRSA staff. In response to this feedback, HRSA made several updates to the SVP to increase its effectiveness, clarity, consistency, and transparency. A summary of the significant changes and the SVP sections impacted is now available. No changes were made to the Compliance Manual or Health Center Program requirements.
