Shelby Kobes is the Senior Consultant with OBS, a digital transformation and cybersecurity consultancy. In his role, Shelby focuses on risk, security and privacy issues affecting healthcare.

Current listed members of EMAC will be invited / registered automatically.

The Emergency Management Advisory Coalition (EMAC) is comprised of state and regional Primary Care Associations (PCAs), National Health Center Training and Technical Assistance Partners Cooperative Agreements (NTTAPs, formerly known as NCAs), and invited guests including relief partners (e.g. AmeriCares, Direct Relief, International Medical Corps), subject matter experts, federal partners, and vendors. Guests will be on an “as invited” basis and does not make the agency/ organization a member of EMAC.

EMAC meets virtually on a monthly basis, and if schedules allow, at an in-person meeting annually.
