Andrew MacCalla is the Co-Founder and CEO of Collective Energy Company, a social business specializing in bringing clean and reliable power to non-profit community health centers in the US and abroad. Collective Energy believes that everyone, no matter where they live or how much money they have, should have equal and reliable access to health services-even when the power goes out.

Current listed members of EMAC will be invited / registered automatically.

The Emergency Management Advisory Coalition (EMAC) is comprised of state and regional Primary Care Associations (PCAs), National Health Center Training and Technical Assistance Partners Cooperative Agreements (NTTAPs, formerly known as NCAs), and invited guests including relief partners (e.g. AmeriCares, Direct Relief, International Medical Corps), subject matter experts, federal partners, and vendors. Guests will be on an “as invited” basis and does not make the agency/ organization a member of EMAC.

EMAC meets virtually on a monthly basis, and if schedules allow, at an in-person meeting annually.
